BrandHub Voyage is travel agency management software for agencies in Morocco, designed by BrandHub in Casablanca: Umrah, Hajj and tour packages, bookings, instalment payments, traveller documents and suppliers brought together in one tool. It is in pilot; access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp.
In a travel agency, money arrives long before departure, and in pieces. An Umrah package, a Hajj package or a tour is sold months ahead, paid in several instalments, and every traveller must hand in a passport copy, photos and the documents needed for the visa. Meanwhile the agency pays the hotel, the airline and the coach company, each on its own schedule. As long as all this lives in a notebook, stapled receipts and several Excel files, a missed instalment or a missing passport only comes to light at the last minute, a few days before the flight, when the traveller has to be called urgently. BrandHub Voyage is built in Casablanca around the way Moroccan agencies sell pilgrimages and tours: instalments, traveller files and suppliers. It brings together in one place each package, each traveller, their payments, their file and the suppliers of their trip. The software is in pilot: pilot businesses use it, access is on request and no public launch date has been announced.
Which problems will BrandHub Voyage solve?
BrandHub Voyage targets four problems specific to travel agencies: traveller instalments recorded on paper, incomplete files as departure approaches, seats and suppliers scattered across several files, and the real margin of each package. Each one costs hours of checking, which is why the software is part of BrandHub's automation solutions.

Instalments tracked on paper
Each payment is written on a receipt or in a notebook: to tell a pilgrim what they still owe, the agent adds it all up again by hand.

Traveller documents missing at the last minute
A passport copy or a photo is missing from a file, and the agency only notices when it is time to close the group's file.

Hotel rooms, plane seats and coach places are booked with different suppliers, each in its own spreadsheet, and nobody can see how many places are left to sell.

Every package and its seats
Umrah, Hajj or tour: each departure will show its remaining places, so no agent sells a room or a seat that is already taken.

A file that shows what is missing
Each document handed in will be ticked off in the traveller's file; a missing one will be visible well before departure, not the day before the flight.

Instalments followed to the balance
Each payment received will reduce the balance shown: any agent can tell the traveller what is left to pay. The software will track instalments, not collect them.

Hotel, flight and transport: the cost of each package will be set against its selling price before the group leaves, not after it returns.
What will BrandHub Voyage include?
BrandHub Voyage has five modules: Umrah, Hajj and travel packages, bookings, instalment payments, traveller documents and suppliers. All are marked “In pilot”, since the software is used by pilot businesses. They are designed together: a traveller booked on a package carries their seat, instalments, file and the services bought for them.

How do you track instalment payments for Umrah and Hajj packages?
By giving each traveller their own payment plan: what has been paid, on what date, and what is still due before departure. With BrandHub Voyage, this plan will be visible to the whole agency team, at the desk or on the phone. It is a way of tracking instalments, not an online payment system.
Today this tracking often depends on the agent who took the money. If that agent is away, nobody can tell a traveller who calls how much is left to pay. The instalment payments module is designed so that the answer is the same, whichever agent picks up.
To remind travellers automatically when their balance falls due, automated payment reminders are a separate BrandHub service.
How much will BrandHub Voyage cost, and how do you pay?
BrandHub Voyage has no published price yet. The price will appear in a written proposal, sent to the agency after a conversation about its packages, its outlets and how it follows its travellers. Asking to join the pilot does not commit you to any payment. The payment and access terms are as follows.

- Each software product runs in its own space (a subdomain of brandhub.ma) and each customer has their own account

Can we use BrandHub Voyage today?
BrandHub Voyage is in pilot: pilot businesses use it, and access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp. No public launch date has been announced. The status of each product is shown on the BrandHub management software page.
Is the software built for Umrah and Hajj?
Yes: Umrah and Hajj packages are part of the BrandHub Voyage modules, alongside leisure tours. An agency that sells all three kinds of departure can follow them in one place, each with its travellers, their instalments, their documents and the suppliers booked for the group.
Can travellers pay in instalments?
If your agency allows it, yes: BrandHub Voyage is designed to track, traveller by traveller, a payment in several instalments up to the balance. How the traveller pays you, in cash or by bank transfer, remains your agency's choice: the software records the instalments, it does not collect them.
Will it remind us of each traveller's outstanding balance?
Partly: the instalment payments module is designed to show, for each traveller, the amount still to pay and its deadline. Sending automatic reminders is one of the needs being studied for BrandHub Voyage, with no promise at this stage.
Can we deal with BrandHub in English?
Yes: BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. A request sent from this page or on WhatsApp gets an answer within 24 business hours. Mention in your request which languages your desk agents work in, so it is recorded with your agency's needs.
What happens to our request?
Your request for BrandHub Voyage is recorded with what you enter: number of outlets, priority and the system you use today. BrandHub then contacts you to look at your agency joining the pilot. Other details, such as the number of travellers per season, are clarified on WhatsApp. No payment is asked for at this stage.
