In pilot BrandHub Location
Car rental software for agencies in Morocco
BrandHub Location is car rental management software for rental agencies in Morocco, designed by BrandHub in Casablanca: fleet, bookings, availability, vehicle inspections and profitability per car, so you can see every day which car is earning. It is in pilot; access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp.
A car rental agency makes money when its cars are on the road. It loses money when a car sits in the car park without anyone noticing, when the same car is promised to two customers for the same dates, or when it comes back scratched with no clear record to settle the matter with the renter. Between a paper planner, an Excel file and each employee's WhatsApp messages, these losses stay invisible until the day a customer waits at the desk, or at the airport, for a car that has already gone out. Whether you run a franchise, a local car hire agency or a fleet for visitors to Morocco, the mechanism is the same. BrandHub Location is built around the fleet: one calendar per car, availability checked before each confirmation, key handover and return recorded, and the income of each car readable at a glance. For agencies that also want online bookings, BrandHub builds the booking website. The software is in pilot: pilot businesses use it, access is on request and no public launch date has been set.
Which problems will BrandHub Location solve?
BrandHub Location tackles four leaks specific to car rental: the same car confirmed twice, a car idle in the car park without anyone noticing, a disputed inspection at return, and profitability per car that is never calculated. Each one costs money quietly, which is what loss control is about.
-
Double bookings
One employee confirms a city car by phone while another promises it on WhatsApp for the same weekend, and one of the two customers leaves without a car.
-
Cars off the road without anyone noticing
A car back from the garage stays parked behind the agency, missing from the planner, still costing its finance and insurance without being rented.
-
Disputed inspections at return
A scratch on the door appears at return, but the form filled in at departure is vague, and the discussion with the renter ends without proof.
-
Profitability of each car unknown
The agency knows its monthly takings without knowing which car produces them: the one that is always out and the one that lives at the garage look the same.
What will BrandHub Location look like in an agency?
BrandHub Location will show each car's week on its own line: its bookings, its time at the garage and its free days, checked before any confirmation. Two screens will complete the planner: the inspection, comparing key handover with return, and the profitability of each car. The illustration shows this principle, without any figure.
Bookings and availability
Availability checked before confirmation
-
One calendar per car
Each car will have its own line in the planner, seen by every employee: dates already taken cannot be promised a second time.
-
Every car, rentable or not
A car at the garage will show as such on the planner, and its record will say whether its documents allow it to be rented.
-
Two inspections compared
The same check will be made at key handover and at return: a new scratch shows up by comparing the two, with the renter.
-
What each car earns
Income and costs will be read car by car: the city car that is always out will no longer hide the saloon that stays at the garage.
What will BrandHub Location include?
The software has four modules that follow a car from start to finish: its entry into the fleet, its bookings, its condition at each key handover and the money it brings in. All are marked “In pilot”, since BrandHub Location is used by pilot businesses. Their strength comes from the link between them, around one record per car.
-
Fleet
In pilotWill keep one record per car, with its registration, documents and garage visits, so you always know whether it can be rented.
-
Bookings and availability
In pilotWill show one calendar per car, shared by the whole team, and check that the car is free on the requested dates before the rental is confirmed.
-
Vehicle check-out and check-in inspections
In pilotWill record the car's condition at key handover and at return, so both inspections can be compared with the renter, point by point.
-
Profitability per car
In pilotWill set each car's rental income, days rented and costs side by side, to show which car pays its way and which ties up money.
How do you avoid double bookings in a rental agency?
By keeping a single calendar per car, shared by the whole team, and checking availability before confirming every rental. That is the principle chosen for BrandHub Location: a car already booked for certain dates cannot be confirmed for another customer on those dates, whichever employee takes the call.
A double booking rarely comes from a calculation error. It comes from a scattered planner: a notebook at the desk, an Excel file on the manager's computer, WhatsApp conversations on several phones. Each employee confirms with what is in front of them, without seeing what a colleague has just accepted.
The mistake surfaces at the worst moment, when the customer arrives at the desk or the airport and the promised car has already gone. Even without shared software, one simple rule limits the risk: a single person keeps the planner and confirms every rental.
How much will BrandHub Location cost, and how do you pay?
BrandHub Location has no published price yet. The price will appear in a written proposal, prepared after a conversation about your agency: the size of the fleet, the number of branches and how bookings come in today. Asking to join the pilot does not commit you to anything. Payment and access follow the rules below.
- Payment by bank transfer or in cash
- BrandHub activates access to the software once payment is received
- Each software product runs in its own space (a subdomain of brandhub.ma) and each customer has their own account

Can we use BrandHub Location today?
BrandHub Location is in pilot: pilot businesses use it, and access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp. No public launch date has been announced. The free diagnostic also helps you find where your agency is losing money, and the table of BrandHub software and its status places BrandHub Location among the other products.
Can availability be shown on our website?
It is a need being studied for BrandHub Location, with no commitment at this stage: linking the car calendar to a booking website. The website itself is something BrandHub can already build for your agency, through its website design service. If your agency already has a site, mention it on WhatsApp.
Can we deal with BrandHub in English?
Yes: BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. A request sent from this page or on WhatsApp gets an answer within 24 business hours. Mention in your request which languages your desk staff work in, so it is recorded with your agency's needs.
Can we manage several branches?
Nothing is promised yet: multi-branch management is one of the needs being studied. State your number of outlets in your request, counting a city-centre agency and an airport desk as two. Your answers guide the choices made for BrandHub Location.
Will it show how much each car earns?
Yes, that is the job of the profitability-per-car module of BrandHub Location, in pilot today: for each car, it sets rental income, days rented and costs such as servicing or repairs side by side, to show what the car really earns.
What happens to our request?
It is recorded with your number of outlets, your priority and the system you use today: paper, Excel or other software. BrandHub then contacts you to look at your agency joining the BrandHub Location pilot. You pay nothing at this stage.
