Contact BrandHub

BrandHub answers companies in Morocco and abroad by WhatsApp, phone and email from Casablanca. The fastest route is a WhatsApp message with your company name, your country or city and your need in one sentence. BrandHub replies within 24 business hours.

How do you reach BrandHub from outside Morocco?

Write on WhatsApp first: it is BrandHub's main channel, it works from any country, and the button opens a message already drafted with this page's reference. Numbers are shown in international format, with Morocco's +212 code. Email suits a longer brief or an attached document, and the phone suits a quick conversation.

What happens after your message?

After your message, BrandHub gets back to you on WhatsApp with a few questions, then invites you to take the free diagnostic if you have not done it yet. A written proposal follows, and nothing starts without your agreement. This applies to BrandHub services; a software request follows the steps on the management software by trade page.

  1. Reply and questions

BrandHub replies on WhatsApp and asks about your business, your current tools and what you want to change first.

  2. Diagnostic (if not done yet)

You fill in the free online diagnostic: 14 questions and three scores out of 100 that show where your business loses the most.

  3. Written proposal

BrandHub sets out in writing what will be built, in what order and at what price. You read it at your own pace and ask your questions before deciding.

  4. Start

Work begins once the proposal is accepted. BrandHub then says what it needs from you: access, text, photos, and your point of contact.

In which languages can we write to BrandHub?

BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. Write in the language you work in, on WhatsApp or by email.

What should we put in the first message?

Five things are enough: the company name, the country and city, the business activity, the problem in one sentence and a link if you have one (website, Instagram account). For example: “Restaurant group opening in Tangier, we need a French and Arabic website and a till system.” No formal brief is needed: the useful questions come next.

Can we meet in Casablanca?

Yes, by appointment in Casablanca, where BrandHub is based. The meeting is arranged on WhatsApp: suggest a day and a time slot that suit you, and the place is decided together. Companies in other cities or abroad work with BrandHub remotely, by WhatsApp, email and video call.

Do we need to take the diagnostic before writing to you?

No, but it saves time. At the end of the BrandHub diagnostic, the WhatsApp button prepares a message with your result code and your three scores. BrandHub then knows your business context before the first question, and the conversation starts from your priorities.

Is our information protected?

Yes. The information in your request is used to reply to you and to follow up on that request. A request is only sent with your consent, and you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data on WhatsApp or by email. Everything is set out in the privacy policy.

Can we send voice messages on WhatsApp?

Yes, voice messages are welcome on WhatsApp: they are often the simplest way to describe a problem. Just add your company name in writing, in a short separate message, so your request is easy to find and follow up.
