AI automation and WhatsApp chatbots for companies in Morocco
BrandHub automates repetitive work from Casablanca for companies operating in Morocco: WhatsApp replies to frequent questions, quotes, reminders, data entry and reports, with AI where it is reliable and a person approving anything that commits the business. The free diagnostic has 14 questions, and it estimates the hours these tasks cost each month, before any quote.
For BrandHub, automating first means connecting the tools a company already uses, so information flows without being retyped: a form that fills in the customer file, an order that prepares the invoice, an appointment that sends its own reminder. AI only comes in where it is reliable: sorting incoming messages, drafting a reply, answering questions whose answer is known and approved. Anything that commits the company, a price, a deadline, a discount, a complaint, stays approved by a person. In Morocco this matters twice over, because customers write in French, Arabic and Darija, often mixing the three in one message, and a wrong answer in the wrong register costs trust quickly. Every automated flow is logged, and conversations are reviewed every week to fix what went wrong and add new questions. The point is not to talk to customers less, but to give the time saved to those who need a real conversation.
Which tasks should a company automate first?
Automate first the tasks that repeat with clear rules: the same question, the same action or the same document every time. They are often the smallest tasks of the day, but their repetition ends up taking hours, and each one can be handed to a flow watched by a person. The diagnostic shows which of them costs you most.
- Replies to frequent questions: opening hours, address, availability, documents to provide.
- Booking appointments in the slots you have opened, with a confirmation and a reminder sent to the customer.
- Quotes prepared from a template, then checked by a person before they are sent.
- Payment reminders, on the schedule you set.
- Data entry between forms, Excel and software, without copying by hand.
- Weekly reports, prepared automatically and sent to the right person, including a manager abroad.
What does an automated conversation with a customer look like?
BrandHub lets the assistant answer the questions whose answer is known and approved. As soon as a request goes beyond that, a price or a deadline for example, the conversation passes to a person on your team with a summary, and every automatic message stays logged. The illustration shows the principle, on the customer's side and behind the scenes.
Your business
Hello, which documents do I need to bring?
Here is the list of documents to bring:
And how much does it cost?
A person takes over
- WhatsApp message received
- Known question: approved answer
- Price or deadline: a person decides
- Message saved to the log
Replies tested in Darija
-
Approved answers only
To a known question, such as the documents to bring, the customer instantly gets the answer you have read and approved.
-
A person for anything that commits you
A price, a deadline, a discount or a complaint goes to a person on your team, who receives a summary of the exchange: the customer does not have to repeat anything.
-
A log of every message
Each automatic reply is kept with the question that triggered it; reviewing that log shows which answers to correct and which questions to add.
-
An off switch
If a reply causes a problem, you turn the automation off in one move, and your team takes the conversations back straight away.
How does a WhatsApp assistant work, and where must a person stay in charge?
A WhatsApp assistant runs on the official WhatsApp Business platform. It answers questions whose answer is known and collects the details of a request: name, need, preferred date. Everything else passes straight to a person. The quality of replies in Darija is tested on real questions before the assistant goes live.
The assistant gives no price, deadline or promise that has not been approved in advance: in those cases it passes the request and its summary to the person who decides. The company's other repetitive tasks are covered under automation, one of BrandHub's three levers.
What does AI handle well, and badly, in French, Arabic and Darija?
AI handles well what is predictable: sorting messages, recognising a known question, drafting a reply in French or standard Arabic. It is less dependable in Darija, which has no fixed spelling and is written in Arabic or Latin letters, often mixed with French. That is why BrandHub tests replies in all three on your customers' real messages.
When a message is unclear, or falls outside what has been approved, the assistant does not guess: it hands the conversation to a person. The tests are repeated whenever new questions are added, so the approved answers keep up with what customers actually write.
How do you stop an automation from answering badly?
To stop an automation from answering badly, BrandHub limits what it is allowed to say, tests it before it goes live, and leaves anything that commits the company to a person. Five safeguards come with every flow, and the last one lets you stop everything on the spot if a reply causes a problem.
- A base of approved answers: the assistant draws only on replies you have read.
- Prices and commitments approved by a person before anything is sent to a customer.
- A log of every automatic message, open to you at any time.
- Regular review of conversations, to correct answers and add new questions.
- An off switch that stops the automation immediately, without waiting for anyone.
How is an automation project priced and maintained?
An automation is paid in two parts: the set-up, priced on quote after the free diagnostic, and the running costs of the tools used, such as messages or AI usage, shown separately in the proposal. Five factors move the price: the tasks, the tools to connect, the volume, the human approval and the follow-up.
Pricing Priced on quote, after the free diagnostic
| Factor | Effect on the price |
|---|---|
| Number of tasks | Each automated task has its own rules, tests and monitoring. |
| Tools to connect | WhatsApp, Excel, email, invoicing: each connection needs its own configuration. |
| Message volume | The number of conversations and messages handled changes the running costs. |
| Level of human approval | The more steps a person approves, the more carefully the approval route has to be designed. |
| Follow-up | Reviewing conversations and adjusting the rules after the automation goes live. |
When a task needs more than a link between tools, a custom app may be the answer; when the need is mostly to read figures, a dashboard is often enough.
How does BrandHub automate a task, one at a time?
BrandHub automates one task at a time, and each task is judged by the hours actually saved. The five steps run from a precise description of the task to measurement after launch, with a person reviewing every message sent at the start, then approving anything that commits the company once the flow runs on its own.
-
Map the task
Who does it, how often, with which tools, and where it gets stuck.
-
Write the rules
What the flow does, what it never does, and when it hands over.
-
Build and test
On real questions and real documents, in Darija, Arabic and French.
-
Launch with human approval
A person reviews every message sent at the start, then keeps approving anything that commits the company.
-
Measure and adjust
The hours saved, the errors fixed and the rules updated.

Which tools do you use?
The tools are chosen from those you already use, and according to the task. The written proposal lists each tool chosen and its running cost before anything starts. To describe your current tools, write from the contact page.
Will AI replace our staff?
No. It takes the repetitive part out of their work, so they spend their time on what needs judgement: customers, sales, quality. The decisions that commit the company stay in their hands.
Where is our customers' data stored?
It depends on the tools chosen: the proposal states where the data is hosted. That choice takes into account Law 09-08, Morocco's personal data protection law, and each flow only uses the information its task requires.
Is there a monthly subscription?
Some tools have running costs, for sending messages or using AI. They are shown separately in the proposal, before anything starts, so you know the real cost of the automation once it is running.
How are the hours saved measured?
The free diagnostic first estimates them from your answers. The project then measures the real time: how many minutes the task took before, how many it takes after, and how often it comes back each week.
Can a company outside Morocco hand its automation to BrandHub?
Yes. BrandHub also works remotely for companies based outside Morocco. The task is mapped with you, the rules are written and approved before launch, and the log of every automatic message stays open to you. BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian.
