Business management software built for Morocco

BrandHub develops 5 management software products in Casablanca for businesses in Morocco: restaurants, cafés, wholesalers (hri), car rental agencies and travel agencies. All five are in pilot with a first group of businesses, and access is on request. Each software product runs in its own space (a subdomain of brandhub.ma) and each customer has their own account.

Which management software does BrandHub build for businesses in Morocco?

BrandHub builds five management software products, one per trade: restaurant, café, wholesale store (hri, the Moroccan wholesale grocery), car rental and travel agency. All five are in pilot today, and each card shows its current status. Each product page lists its modules and lets you request access for your business in Morocco.

What does “In pilot” mean for each product?

“In pilot” means the software is used by pilot businesses and access is given on request, from its page or on WhatsApp. All five products are at this stage today, and the statuses in this table are updated on this page as the work moves forward. No public launch date has been published.

How do payment and access work?

For software, payment by bank transfer or in cash, then BrandHub activates access to the software once payment is received. No payment is asked for with a request: the price comes in a written proposal, after a conversation about your needs. The steps are always the same, in this order.

  1. Request: from the software's page, or on WhatsApp.
  2. Conversation about your needs: number of outlets, main problem, current system.
  3. Written proposal: the scope and the price.
  4. Payment of the accepted proposal.
  5. Account activation by BrandHub, in the software's own space.

Why one software product per trade rather than one tool for everything?

Because each trade has its own working day: a kitchen ticket is not a rental contract, and credit sales at a wholesaler look nothing like instalment payments for an Umrah package. One product per trade stays simple, fast and precise, and each customer's data stays in its own account.

Each product will therefore show only the screens its trade needs: the till and the kitchen in the restaurant management software, fast checkout and consumables in the café management software, customer price levels and credit in the wholesale software, the fleet and bookings in the car rental software, and packages and instalments in the travel agency software.

When none of these trades matches yours, custom app development answers a specific need, and the loss control page presents the other tools for keeping track of stock and cash.

Can we use BrandHub software today?

All five products are in pilot: they are used by pilot businesses, and access is given on request, from each software's page or on WhatsApp. No public launch date has been published, and no order of priority between requests is promised. The free diagnostic is available in the meantime.

Is our data kept separate from other customers' data?

Yes: each software product runs in its own space (a subdomain of brandhub.ma) and each customer has their own account. Per-user access has not been decided yet, so tell BrandHub on WhatsApp who in your business will use the software.

How do we pay for the subscription?

For software: payment by bank transfer or in cash; BrandHub activates access to the software once payment is received. The subscription price is given in the written proposal, after a conversation about your needs, and nothing is charged when you make a request.

What happens after a request?

The request is recorded with your business details: outlets, city, main problem and current system. BrandHub may write to you on WhatsApp with a few questions, then contacts you to look at access to the pilot. No payment is asked for with a request.

Can we ask for software for another trade?

Yes: describe your business on WhatsApp so your request is counted. If your need is specific, custom app development can meet it without waiting for a new software product.
