In pilot BrandHub Grossiste
Wholesale software for wholesalers and hri stores in Morocco
BrandHub Grossiste is management software for wholesalers and wholesale stores (hri) in Morocco, designed by BrandHub in Casablanca: wholesale, semi-wholesale and retail prices, customer credit, barcode scanning and stock, even offline. It is in pilot; access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp.
In Morocco, a wholesaler or a wholesale store, the hri as the trade calls it, sells the same item at several prices: one for the reseller buying in bulk, another for the neighbourhood grocer, a third for the walk-in customer. It also lets regular customers take goods now and pay later, often in several payments. Every day, pallets arrive at the warehouse and cartons leave for the shops. And when the network drops, the counter cannot stop selling. For a distributor arriving from abroad, these habits are worth understanding before choosing any stock system. BrandHub Grossiste is designed for it: the right price will apply according to the customer, with no mental arithmetic; each credit sale will be recorded under the customer's name; stock will move with every item scanned; and selling is designed to continue offline, then sync once the network is back. The software is in pilot: pilot businesses use it, access is on request and no public launch date has been announced.
Which problems will BrandHub Grossiste solve?
BrandHub Grossiste is meant to close four leaks specific to the wholesale trade: customer credit written in a notebook that nobody rechecks, prices applied from memory depending on the buyer, stock estimated by eye in the warehouse, and sales that stop at the counter as soon as the network drops.
-
Customer credit kept in a notebook
The local retailer takes the cartons and will pay later: the amount ends up on a notebook page, part-payments are added in pen, and nobody knows what is still owed.
-
Different prices per customer, applied from memory
The same pack of oil goes at the wholesale price to a reseller and at the retail price to a passer-by; when the seller picks the wrong price, the margin goes with the mistake.
-
Real stock unknown
Between the warehouse, the back room and the counter, quantities are guessed: a stock-out is found when a reseller asks for the item, and surplus sits on the shelves.
-
Sales blocked when the network drops
If the till depends on the internet, an outage stops the counter in the middle of a delivery morning, while buyers wait with their goods on the trolley.
What will BrandHub Grossiste look like at the counter?
At the counter, BrandHub Grossiste will show on one screen the scanned item, its wholesale, semi-wholesale and retail prices, the remaining stock and the buyer's credit. The seller will see at a glance which price applies and what the customer still owes. The illustration shows this principle on the software in pilot, with no price or amount.

Balance due Payments receivedBarcode scanning
-
The right price, no mental arithmetic
As soon as the buyer is selected, their price level will apply to every item: the reseller pays wholesale, the walk-in customer pays retail.
-
Every credit under the customer's name
What the buyer takes without paying will be added to their account, and each payment will reduce it: the balance due is read without redoing the sums.
-
The barcode instead of typing
At the counter and when a delivery is unloaded, the item will be found by scanning its barcode, not by searching for its reference in a list.
-
Stock that follows every movement
Every carton sold and every pallet received will change the stock shown: a stock-out will be visible before a reseller asks for the item.
What will BrandHub Grossiste include?
The software has four modules, all marked “In pilot” since BrandHub Grossiste is used by pilot businesses: price levels, customer credit, barcode scanning and stock. They will work together: an item scanned at the counter takes the buyer's price, leaves the stock and, if it is not paid for, is added to the buyer's credit.
-
Wholesale, semi-wholesale and retail prices
In pilotWill link each customer to their price level, wholesale, semi-wholesale or retail, so sellers no longer have to remember everyone's price.
-
Customer credit
In pilotWill record each credit sale under the customer's name, with the date, the payments received and the balance due, to check before serving them again.
-
Barcode scanning
In pilotWill read item barcodes at the counter and when deliveries come in, so references are no longer typed by hand.
-
Stock
In pilotWill update quantities with every sale and every delivery, so you always know what is left of each item.
Will it keep working if the internet goes down?
That is a design goal of BrandHub Grossiste: keep selling, scanning items and recording credit during an internet outage, then sync the data as soon as the network is back. The product is in pilot: BrandHub does not publish any result on this offline mode yet, and questions about it can be asked on WhatsApp.
In a warehouse with thick walls, or in a district where the signal is weak, the connection can drop at the worst moment: while a lorry is unloading and resellers are queuing at the counter.
The intended principle: the counter and the warehouse keep working, every transaction is kept on the device, and nothing has to be keyed in again once the connection is restored. It is a question of loss control: a sale not entered during an outage is a shortfall nobody sees.
How much will BrandHub Grossiste cost, and how do you pay?
BrandHub Grossiste has no published price yet. The price will appear in the written proposal BrandHub sends after a conversation about your business: your price levels, how you track credit today, and how the warehouse and the counter work together. Asking to join the pilot does not commit you to any payment.
- Payment by bank transfer or in cash
- BrandHub activates access to the software once payment is received
- Each software product runs in its own space (a subdomain of brandhub.ma) and each customer has their own account

Can we use BrandHub Grossiste today?
BrandHub Grossiste is in pilot: pilot businesses use it, and access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp. No public launch date has been announced. This page shows its current status, and the free diagnostic helps you find where your business is losing money.
What is an hri, and is the software only for them?
Hri is the word Moroccan traders use for a wholesale store. BrandHub Grossiste is designed first for wholesalers and hri stores, with their several price levels and customer credit. A smaller shop can still ask for it: give your number of outlets and main problem in your request. The BrandHub software by trade covers the other products.
Can we deal with BrandHub in English?
Yes: BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. A request sent from this page or on WhatsApp gets an answer within 24 business hours. Mention in your request which languages your sellers and warehouse staff work in, so it is recorded with your business's needs.
Will we be able to import our item list?
That has not been decided yet. Importing an existing list, for example an Excel file with references and prices, is one of the needs being studied during the pilot, with no promise at this stage. If your items are already in Excel, say so in your request: your answer counts towards the priorities.
What happens to our request?
Your request for BrandHub Grossiste is recorded with your outlets, your city, your main problem and the system you use today. BrandHub then contacts you to look at your business joining the pilot. Your answers also shape the software's priorities. No payment is asked for when you send the request.
