CRM and business dashboards for companies in Morocco

BrandHub sets up CRM and business dashboards from Casablanca for companies operating in Morocco: every customer enquiry tracked through to the sale, and sales, margins, stock and unpaid invoices on one screen each morning, on a phone or a laptop. BrandHub also works remotely for companies based outside Morocco, such as a head office following its Moroccan subsidiary.

Before adding a tool, look at the data your business already produces: it may exist without anyone seeing it. When sales sit in the till, enquiries in WhatsApp, stock in an Excel file and money owed in a notebook, knowing where the business stands means calling several people and opening several tools, and decisions end up being made on gut feeling. For a manager abroad, the gap is wider still: the figures arrive late, in different formats, and only when someone thinks to send them. BrandHub, in Casablanca, builds the missing layer: one place where each enquiry is followed through to the sale, and five or six figures read every morning, each with the person who answers for it. It is not one more tool to fill in by hand: the figures come from the existing sources, updated automatically wherever possible. The aim is simple: to know at a glance what was sold, what was earned and who still owes the business money.

What is a CRM, and what does it do for a company in Morocco?

A CRM (customer relationship management system) is a shared list of every customer enquiry, each with its status, the next action and the person in charge. In Morocco, where many enquiries arrive on WhatsApp, it stops customers from being forgotten: each enquiry is followed to a sale or a refusal, and the whole team sees where it stands.

A CRM replaces:

  • The notebook where enquiries are written down, then forgotten.
  • One person's memory, which goes on leave or leaves the company.
  • Scrolling back through WhatsApp to find what a customer asked for.
  • Follow-ups made when someone remembers, often too late.

What does a BrandHub CRM and dashboard look like?

A BrandHub dashboard brings together on one screen the customer enquiries, followed stage by stage to the sale, and the key figures of the business: enquiries received, conversion rate, stock, unpaid invoices, revenue and margin. The illustration shows the principle without figures; yours will come from your till, your Excel files and WhatsApp.

  1. Every enquiry followed to the end

New enquiries, follow-ups, sales: each enquiry moves from column to column, with the channel it came from, WhatsApp, website or phone, and the person handling it.

  2. The morning figures at a glance

At the top of the screen, enquiries received, conversion rate, stock and unpaid invoices read at a glance, on a phone or a laptop.

  3. Figures taken from your own tools

The dashboard reads the till, the Excel files and WhatsApp where they are, so that sales do not have to be retyped into a new tool, as far as possible.

  4. A routine, not one more tool

An alert flags the figure that drifts, and every figure has an owner who knows what to do when the alert arrives.

Which figures should a business dashboard show every morning?

Five figures are enough to answer the five questions a manager asks every morning: how many enquiries came in, how many became sales, how much the business earned, what is running out in stock and who owes it money. The table shows where each figure comes from, so nothing depends on someone's memory.

Which CRM fits a company that sells through WhatsApp?

A CRM fits a company selling through WhatsApp when every conversation that turns into an enquiry lands in it with its source, its status and the person in charge, without being copied by hand. BrandHub starts from how your customers actually contact you, then chooses an existing tool or builds one around that flow.

The written proposal names the tool, explains why it was chosen and states what it costs to run. Where an enquiry needs an automatic first reply or a reminder, the AI and automation service handles that part, with a person still approving anything that commits the business.

How can a head office abroad follow its Moroccan subsidiary's figures?

A head office abroad follows a Moroccan subsidiary through the same dashboard the local team uses: the figures are defined once, fed from the subsidiary's own till, invoicing and stock files, and each person gets access to what their role needs. The morning figures are then the same in Casablanca and at head office.

The first step is agreeing the definitions: what counts as a sale, a margin or an unpaid invoice, so that head office and the local team read the same number the same way.

BrandHub also works remotely for companies based outside Morocco. BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian, so the head office team can raise a question about a figure directly, without going through the subsidiary.

Isn't Excel enough?

Excel is a good starting point and a poor system once several people update it: versions multiply, figures are retyped, no history shows who changed what, and no alert warns when a figure drifts. BrandHub often keeps Excel as a source and adds the missing layer on top, so your team keeps the files it knows.

Your files stay as they are: a dashboard reads them, combines them and shows the figures up to date, with access per person. When Excel becomes too fragile for an operation, a custom app or automated data entry takes over.

How much does a CRM or dashboard project cost?

A CRM or dashboard is priced on quote, after the free diagnostic, because the price depends on what has to be connected and displayed. Five factors move it: the data sources, the users and their roles, the indicators and alerts, the tool chosen and the support after launch. The written quote details each of them.

Pricing Priced on quote, after the free diagnostic

What moves the price of a CRM or dashboard
FactorEffect on the price
Data sourcesTill, Excel, WhatsApp, invoicing software: each source to connect needs its own link.
Users and rolesEach role sees what it needs: management, sales, stock, accounts or head office.
Indicators and alertsThe number of figures tracked, and of alerts sent when one of them leaves its normal range.
Existing tool or custom buildAn off-the-shelf tool configured for you, or a dashboard built for your business.
SupportGetting the team started and the follow-up after installation, depending on the scope chosen.

How is a CRM or dashboard set up?

Setting up follows four steps, in the order that avoids redoing work: choose the figures before connecting the data, connect the data before designing the screens, then put a routine in place so the dashboard is actually read. A dashboard nobody opens is of no use, however well it is built.

  1. Choose the figures

The five or six indicators that answer your questions, and their exact definition.

  2. Connect the sources

Till, Excel, WhatsApp or invoicing, linked so the figures update with as little manual entry as possible.

  3. Build the screens

Screens designed for a phone first, with access per person.

  4. Set the routine

Who reads which figure, when, and what to do when it drifts.

Do we have to change our till software?

Not necessarily. When your current till can export its data, the dashboard reads it directly. When it cannot, software designed for your trade becomes an option: see BrandHub's management software and the status of each product.

Do you work with Power BI, HubSpot or another tool we already use?

The tool is chosen per project, after the diagnostic: an off-the-shelf tool configured for you, or a dashboard built for your business. If your group already uses a standard tool, say so in your request; the written proposal names the tool chosen and explains why.

Can we see the figures on a phone?

Yes: the dashboards are designed first for a phone screen, then adapted to a laptop. The day's figures read at a glance, without zooming, wherever you are, including from another country.

Who has access to the figures?

You decide: each person sees what their role needs, management everything, sales their enquiries, the warehouse its stock, head office the summary. Access can be removed at any time, for example when an employee leaves the company.

Is our data protected?

Access is personal and limited, tools are chosen with Law 09-08, Morocco's personal data protection law, in mind, and only the data needed for the tracked figures is collected. For a specific question, write from the contact page.

How quickly does BrandHub reply to a request from abroad?

BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. A request sent through the quote form or WhatsApp gets an answer within 24 business hours, and the free diagnostic can be taken beforehand to frame the discussion.
