In pilot BrandHub Café

Café management software for Morocco

BrandHub Café is café management software for cafés and coffee shops operating in Morocco, designed by BrandHub in Casablanca: fast checkout at the counter and on the terrace, consumables stock, and cash discrepancies visible every evening, even without an internet connection. It is in pilot; access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp.

A café lives on speed and small sums, taken from opening until closing. At peak times, orders stack up at the counter and on the terrace, several waiters share the same cash drawer, and nobody has time to record every drink served. Coffee beans, milk, sugar and bottled water leave the storeroom without being counted again, and the shortfall usually shows up at the end of the month, when it is too late to know where it came from. The pattern is the same whether you run a single coffee shop in Casablanca or the Moroccan outlets of a foreign brand. BrandHub designed BrandHub Café around three actions: take payment quickly, track consumables and read the cash discrepancy every evening, at closing time. It is also designed to keep taking payments when the connection drops, then sync everything once the network is back. BrandHub Café is in pilot today: pilot businesses use it, access is on request and no public launch date has been set.

Which problems will BrandHub Café solve?

BrandHub Café is meant to close four leaks specific to cafés: drinks served during the rush but never rung up, cash discrepancies that cannot be traced to any shift, coffee, milk and sugar leaving with no sale against them, and no reliable figures by product or by waiter.

  • Sales missed at peak times

When the counter and the terrace fill up at once, a coffee served without a ticket or a table that walks out without paying leaves no trace.

  • Cash discrepancies between shifts

The morning waiter and the afternoon waiter work from the same drawer: at closing a shortfall appears, and nobody knows which shift it belongs to.

  • Consumables that leave without being sold

Coffee beans, milk, sugar, bottled water: rarely counted, they cannot tell you whether the difference is a drink on the house, waste or a sale that was never entered.

  • No figures by product or by waiter

Without a detailed record, there is no way to know which drink sells best, at what time of day, or how much each waiter took during the day.

How will BrandHub Café follow the day, from the morning rush to closing?

BrandHub Café will follow the day at the pace of the counter: each drink rung up in a few taps, at the counter or on the terrace, each withdrawal of coffee, milk, sugar or water set against sales, then the drawer checked against recorded sales at closing. The illustration shows this principle on the software in pilot.

  1. Ring up a drink in a few taps

During the rush, every drink served at the counter or on the terrace will get its ticket, without slowing the queue.

  2. Track consumables

What leaves the storeroom will be set against what was sold: a missing bag of coffee or pack of milk will stand out.

  3. See the gap the same evening

At closing there is one figure to read: the difference between the cash counted and the day's sales, before you go home.

  4. Keep selling during an outage

Design goal: if the connection drops at peak time, sales carry on, then everything is included in the evening close once the network is back.

What will BrandHub Café include?

The software has three modules, all marked “In pilot” to date: fast checkout, consumables stock and cash discrepancies. They are built for the rhythm of a café, where every sale is small, the queue must not wait and the day closes on a single figure: the money actually in the drawer.

  • Fast checkout

    In pilot

Will let staff enter an order in a few taps, at the counter or on the terrace, so every drink served is paid for even when the queue grows.

  • Consumables stock

    In pilot

Will follow the coffee, milk, sugar and water leaving the storeroom, to set what was used against what was sold.

  • Cash discrepancies

    In pilot

Will compare the money in the drawer with recorded sales every evening at closing, so a gap is seen the same day, not at the end of the month.

Will the till keep working if the internet goes down?

BrandHub Café is designed to keep taking payments at the counter and on the terrace when the connection drops mid-rush, then send the recorded sales as soon as the network returns. This is a design goal: the software is in pilot, and BrandHub does not publish any result on this offline mode yet.

In a café, an outage during the rush is expensive: the terrace is full, the queue is waiting at the counter and, if the till depends on the network, nothing can be rung up. The aim is that every drink is still entered during the outage, with no scrap of paper to copy out later.

Sales made offline will then be included in the evening close, so the cash discrepancy stays accurate. That is the principle of loss control: record every sale where it happens. If your café's connection is unreliable, mention it on WhatsApp.

How much will BrandHub Café cost, and how do you pay?

BrandHub Café has no published price yet. The price will appear in a written proposal, after a conversation about your café: number of outlets, how the counter and terrace are organised, and your current till system. Asking to join the pilot does not commit you to any payment.

  • Payment by bank transfer or in cash
  • BrandHub activates access to the software once payment is received
  • Each software product runs in its own space (a subdomain of brandhub.ma) and each customer has their own account

Can we use BrandHub Café today?

BrandHub Café is in pilot: pilot businesses use it, and access is on request, from this page or on WhatsApp. No public launch date has been announced. Before asking for access, the free diagnostic helps you see where to start in your café.

Is it the same software as the restaurant one?

No, they are two separate products, with screens built for two different working days. BrandHub Café focuses on speed at the counter, consumables and the evening close. The restaurant management software is built around the dining room, the kitchen and the food cost of each dish. If you run a café-restaurant, say so on WhatsApp. All five products and their status are on the BrandHub software overview.

Can we deal with BrandHub in English?

Yes: BrandHub replies in French and Arabic, and also in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Italian. A request sent from this page or on WhatsApp gets an answer within 24 business hours. Mention in your request which languages your waiters and managers work in, so it is recorded with your café's needs.

Will each waiter have their own login?

That has not been settled yet. Individual access per waiter is one of the needs being studied for BrandHub Café, because several people often share the same drawer during a day. Describe your set-up on WhatsApp: waiters per shift, separate counter and terrace or not, and who closes the till at night.

What happens to our request?

Your request for BrandHub Café is recorded with what you enter: number of outlets, city, main problem and current till system. BrandHub then contacts you to look at your café joining the pilot. No payment is asked for when you send the request.
