Free diagnostic
Free diagnostic: where is your business losing customers, money or time?
BrandHub's free diagnostic measures where a business operating in Morocco loses customers, money or time. The free diagnostic has 14 questions; it calculates three scores out of 100 and estimates in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) drawn only from your answers, then suggests up to three first actions. It is anonymous, with no sign-up: results appear before any contact request.

How does the free diagnostic work?
The free diagnostic runs in four steps, and only the last one is optional: answer the questions, read your three scores and estimates, choose the first action to take, then, if you wish, receive the detailed plan on WhatsApp. The free diagnostic has 14 questions, and no contact details are asked for before the results are shown.

What do the three scores measure?
Each score reads a single lever, on a scale from 0 to 100: win more, lose less or save time. The higher the score, the more there is to gain on that lever. A high score is not a verdict on how you run the business; it shows where to act first to recover the most.
| Score | What it measures | Questions involved |
|---|---|---|
| Win more | Demand and conversion: whether customers find you, get in touch, then receive a reply in time | Sources of new customers · website · enquiries per week · enquiries that go nowhere (out of 10) |
| Lose less | Leaks: money that goes out unseen, through stock, the till or figures read too late | Stock or cash gap · tracking tool · how often the figures are read |
| Save time | Repetitive hours: time spent redoing the same tasks by hand | Repetitive hours per week · most time-consuming tasks · tracking tool |
Each score gets a level: high, medium or low priority. The conversion rate and the average sale value do not change the Win more score: they are used only for the estimate in dirhams. The tracking-tool question counts towards two scores, because running on paper or Excel costs both money and time.
The three questions about your business do not enter any score: the sector steers the recommendations, and the revenue is used to estimate stock or cash losses.
Each lever has its own page: digital growth, to attract and convert more customers, loss control for stock and cash and automation of repetitive tasks.
How are the estimates calculated?
The estimates are calculated from your answers alone, with no outside average and no market data. Each one appears as a range, from the low end to the high end of the ranges you chose, and the formula used is written under the figure. You always know where each amount comes from.
These estimates are indicative. They are not an audit of your accounts and they promise no outcome: they give an order of magnitude to decide what to start with.
When your answer is the highest option of a question, for example “More than 50” enquiries a week, the range stays open at the top. The figure then appears preceded by “at least”. Amounts are rounded to stay readable.
No estimate appears when an answer is missing or is “I don't know”: the card gives the reason instead of a figure. That happens with an average sale value left blank, revenue you would rather not give, or gaps you do not track yet; with no stock or till, the loss estimate is marked “not applicable”.
Here are the three estimates and their formulas, as they appear under each figure:
- Revenue lost on enquiries that go nowhere, in MAD per month: enquiries per week × 4.33 × share that goes nowhere × your conversion rate × average value. The share that goes nowhere and the conversion rate come from the two “out of 10” questions.
- Stock or cash losses, in MAD per month: monthly revenue × gap observed. Both come from the ranges you chose: the low estimate multiplies the two low values, the high estimate the two high values.
- Time spent on repetitive tasks, in hours per month: hours per week × 4.33 weeks.
What happens to your answers?
Your answers are stored anonymously, with no name, no phone number and no IP address. They are used to show your result, to improve the diagnostic and to produce overall statistics. BrandHub only contacts you if you choose to leave your number yourself to receive the detailed plan.
Your answers only become personal data if you link them to a contact request. The data processed and your rights are set out in the BrandHub privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes, entirely. The diagnostic asks for no payment, no sign-up and no contact details: the three scores, the estimates and the first actions appear on screen as soon as you answer the last question. Leaving a number is your choice, useful only to receive the detailed plan on WhatsApp.
Does the diagnostic work for a company outside Morocco?
It is built for a business operating in Morocco: revenue and sale values are asked in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), and the sectors are those of Moroccan companies. A group abroad can answer for its Moroccan operation. For a project run entirely from abroad, write to BrandHub directly from the contact page.
How reliable are the estimates?
They are indicative: ranges calculated from your own answers, so they are as precise as those answers. An approximate average value gives an approximate amount. They help you choose where to act first, but they are neither financial advice nor an audit of your accounts.
Does the diagnostic suit my sector?
Yes. The first question offers 11 sectors: restaurant, café, wholesale, retail, car rental, travel agency, car or motorbike dealership, health, real estate, business services and industry, plus “Another sector”. The questions are the same for all. For the first six sectors, the stock and cash actions point to the matching BrandHub software.
What happens after the results?
You decide what comes next. You can stop there, open a recommended page among BrandHub services or its management software, or ask for the detailed plan on WhatsApp by sending your result code. Unless you take that step, BrandHub does not contact you.
Do we have to give a phone number to see the results?
No. The results appear on screen without any phone number or email address. Leaving your number is optional: it is used only to send you the detailed plan on WhatsApp, prepared from your answers.
